OUR MISSION

A Mother's Hope shelters pregnant women who are experiencing homelessness

and provides life-changing opportunities for growth.

WE SPECIALIZE IN STORIES OF HOPE!

Why Our Community Needs

A Mother's Hope

A Mother’s Hope offers safe shelter to pregnant homeless mothers while also offering training and opportunities to improve their lives. Pregnant mothers come to A Mother’s Hope looking for a place to meet their physical needs, such as safety, food, and shelter. In addition to providing these things, we offer mothers and their babies so much more.

A Mother’s Hope provides a home with practices and principles grounded in Christian love. We provide opportunities for residents to make positive changes in their spiritual, emotional, and physical lives. We recognize that each woman is unique in her life experiences and in the circumstances that resulted in her being homeless. We support residents as they define and strive for their own individual versions of success.

Women are able to stay for up to one year after their babies are born, giving them continued support through the most vulnerable time of a child’s life.  A Mother’s Hope is committed to providing the best possible services to help ensure stronger women, healthier babies, and a better community.

"Healthy Tomorrow" App Now Available

A Mother’s Hope partnered with McMillen Health and other community organizations on the Healthy Tomorrow project.  Our Executive Director, Stasia Roth, served as part of a professional advisory group aimed at creating a free app with educational videos for pregnant and new moms with opioid use disorder (OUD), who may have babies born with neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS).

We are excited to announce that the Healthy Tomorrow app is now available for download on Google Play and the Apple Store.  For more information, click here.
